Appointments

IIt is always advisable to book ahead but we are happy to take walk-ins and try to accommodate you as often as possible.
Please always arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can keep time for our client’s convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We send SMS messages out to remind you of your appointment and these need to be replied to in order that we can confirm your appointment in our booking system. Always let us know if you have changed your phone mobile phone number so we can amend our records. For all new clients of bookings of one hour or more we require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable if less than 24 hours cancellation notice is not given. All dermal treatments including Eyebrow Feather touch tattooing require a $100 deposit. For all our consults we require $30 at time of booking which is redeemable off of your first treatment in salon.
Existing Clients with long appointments will also be asked for a 50% deposit which is non refundable but can be moved to your next booking should you not be able to make your current appointment.
